Update Regarding Telerecruiting Calls

We hope 2017 is off to a great start for you and your family! This is just a quick note to let you know that Community Blood Bank has enlisted a little help to continue getting messages out to generous donors like you.

If you are receiving reminder calls from CBB, then you probably know Phyllis and Arlene – our longtime telerecruiters. As with most nonprofits, our veteran staff wear many hats, and as they assist with other tasks, their time for making phone calls has become more limited. We’ve realized we’re not reaching as many donors as we could to make sure our partner hospitals have the blood they need.

So, to help us extend our reach, Phyllis and Arlene will be joined by callers from a regional company called Incept, starting this month. These telerecruiters have extensive blood banking experience and look forward to answering any questions you might have about donations, blood drives and eligibility. Phyllis and Arlene are still making calls as well – but they can’t reach everyone on their own.

We’ve always tried not to be intrusive with our communication, and we will continue to keep that philosophy. However, we want to make sure we’re doing all that we can to help you remember to make donating blood a part of your routine … patient lives depend on it.

We truly appreciate your time and generosity, and as always, thank you for being a blood donor.
