Deanna Renaud, Executive Director
Deanna began her career at Community Blood Bank as the Mobile Drive Coordinator for Erie County in 2005 where she worked directly with local groups and organizations to plan blood drives. She later became the Manager of Donor Recruitment followed by a promotion to Director of Donor Services, where she oversaw the recruitment, collections, and communication/marketing departments. After two periods where she served as interim Executive Director, Deanna was promoted to the role permanently in July, 2018. Deanna graduated from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College with a B.A. in Communication & Media Studies.
Kristin Kramer MT (ASCP), Compliance/Quality Assurance Director
Kristin began her career at Community Blood Bank in July of 2018 after working 23 years as a Medical Technologist at Erie hospital and reference laboratories. She currently oversees the QA program, which includes maintaining the training and inspections programs. She also develops policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes. Kristin has a B.S. in Education and a B.S. in Biology from Edinboro University. She is also an ASCP certified Medical Technologist.
Tracy Collier, Technical Director
Tracy began her career at Community Blood Bank as a Medical Technologist performing laboratory testing and component production and preparation. In 2015 she became Technical Director of the lab at the Community Blood Bank she now oversees all component production and preparation, while working with Recruitment and Hospital Services to maintain a safe and adequate blood supply. She has a B.S. in Medical Technology and is ASCP Certified.
Jennifer Stephany, Manager of Donor Collections

Jennifer began her career at Community Blood Bank in April of 2016, allowing her to achieve her personal goal of working for a non-profit organization that would give her the ability to help people. She currently manages the Collections Department, working directly with Phlebotomy staff on a daily basis. Jen has an Associates Degree in Radiologic Sciences and a Bachelors Degree in Health Science from Gannon University. She is also registered in Radiologic Technology & Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

Deanna, who commonly goes by Dee, Rosenthal joined the Community Blood Bank in January 2015 as the Erie Mobile Drive Coordinator, where she planned and coordinated the mobile blood drives in Erie County. Now, as the Manager of Donor Recruitment, she oversees the recruitment of blood donors to the Community Blood Bank’s Erie Donor Center and to the mobile blood drives across Northwest Pennsylvania & Western New York. Dee is still responsible for the planning and coordination of mobile drives in Erie County.
Michele Bille, MSOL, PHR – Human Resource Generalist
Michele began her career at Community Blood Bank in June of 2019. Michele has 16 years in the HR profession across three different industries. Most recently in August of 2018, she obtained her PHR Certification. She currently oversees all functions of HR to include, employee relations, benefit administration, payroll, employee recognition, new hire onboarding and training; and participates on various organization committees. Michele obtained her B.A. in Business Administration in HR and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in HR from Mercyhurst University.
Sarah Uglow – Finance Manager
Sarah began her career at the Community Blood Bank in April of 2017 as an Accounting Assistant. She moved to the Finance Manager role in April of 2019. Sarah oversees the preparation of financial statements, financial statement audit, billing, and cash management. Sarah has her Master’s in Professional Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Mercyhurst University.
Jaclyn Seymour – Community Relations Specialist
Jaclyn began her career as the Community Relations Specialist at the Community Blood Bank in 2018 after working for a local television station as a news reporter. She currently handles all of the public relations, marketing and advertising for the Community Blood Bank. Jaclyn has her Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from Edinboro University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Digital Media from Cleveland State University.
Jason Radel – IT Specialist
Jason began his career at Community Blood Bank in October of 2019 as the IT Specialist. He is responsible for the streamlined operation of the IT department in alignment with the business objectives of CBB. Jason has a Bachelor’s Degree in CyberSecurity & Information Assurance with 20+ years’ experience and multiple industry certifications.
